Paul has served the restaurant industry for over 50 years.  His career started at Keating of Chicago and transitioned to owning his own representative firm.  Paul continues to enjoy his

Stephanie began her career in chemistry, and after 10 years pivoted to sales.  She loves the foodie scene in Chicago, the farm to table experience in Wisconsin, and is passionate about applying new technology to the restaurant industry.

Inside Sales 

Laura's specialty is her focus on detail, organization, and planning.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University and has expanded her expertise into design using CAD.  

In addition to her career, Laura has raised three beautiful daughters.
